Job Description

The Banquet Manager is responsible for planning and delivering weddings, conferences, private functions and other events while maintaining Raffles service standards. Candidates should have proven banquet or event-management experience in a luxury hotel, strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage teams, suppliers, set-up, service and event breakdowns. The role requires close coordination with kitchen, housekeeping, engineering and sales teams, careful attention to detail, budget awareness and confident guest handling. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected. Previous experience in the UAE or an international luxury hospitality environment, along with strong English skills, is typically preferred.
