Job Description

The Food & Beverage Intern supports restaurant, bar, banquet and other dining operations at Raffles Singapore. Typical responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, preparing tables, assisting with events, maintaining service standards and coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Candidates should be enrolled in or recently completing a hospitality, tourism or culinary-related programme, although relevant customer-service experience is also useful. Good communication skills, a professional appearance, a positive attitude and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are expected. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, cultural awareness and a genuine interest in delivering refined guest experiences.
