Job Description

The Lobby Operations Intern supports the lobby and front-of-house team in delivering polished, personalized guest service. Responsibilities may include welcoming and directing guests, assisting with luggage and transportation arrangements, coordinating with reception, concierge and other departments, maintaining lobby presentation, and responding to guest requests. Candidates are generally expected to be enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or tourism program, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in luxury service. English proficiency is essential; additional languages and previous hotel or customer-service experience are advantageous. The role requires flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays, as well as initiative, teamwork and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment.
