Job Description

The Guest Service Agent welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and payments, responds to enquiries, and coordinates with housekeeping and other hotel departments. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a professional appearance, basic computer and hotel-system knowledge, and good English; additional languages are an advantage. Previous front-office or hospitality experience is preferred, although suitable entry-level candidates may be considered. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with a helpful, calm, and reliable approach. The successful candidate is expected to deliver efficient service, resolve guest concerns courteously, follow hotel procedures, and support Accor’s standards for guest satisfaction.
