Job Description

The Food & Beverage Attendant supports restaurant, bar, banquet and room-service operations by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, setting and clearing tables, processing payments and maintaining high service standards. Candidates should have good communication skills, a friendly and professional manner, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods. Previous hospitality experience is helpful, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn may be equally important. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected. Responsible service of alcohol certification may be required for certain duties, along with the legal right to work in Australia.
