Job Description

The Stewarding Supervisor oversees the stewarding team and ensures the cleanliness, sanitation and smooth operation of kitchen, restaurant and back-of-house areas. Candidates should have previous supervisory experience in a hotel, resort or high-volume restaurant, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment. Knowledge of hygiene standards, HACCP procedures, chemical handling and kitchen equipment is expected. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with chefs, service teams and housekeeping. The successful candidate should be physically fit, comfortable working shifts, weekends and holidays, and able to train, motivate and schedule team members while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
