Job Description

The IT Intern supports the hotel’s technology operations under the guidance of the IT team. Typical responsibilities include assisting with hardware and software setup, troubleshooting user issues, maintaining IT equipment, supporting hotel systems, documenting incidents, and helping with network or cybersecurity procedures. Candidates are generally expected to be studying information technology, computer science, or a related discipline, with a basic understanding of operating systems, hardware, networking, and Microsoft Office. Good communication skills, a service-minded attitude, confidentiality, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are important. Hospitality experience is helpful but not always required. The successful candidate should be dependable, presentable, organized, and comfortable supporting colleagues across different departments in a fast-paced hotel environment.
