Job Description

The Activities Attendant supports the resort’s leisure and recreation program, helping organise and deliver enjoyable activities for guests of different ages. Requirements typically include strong customer-service and communication skills, a friendly and energetic personality, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays. Experience in hospitality, recreation, children’s activities or resort operations is beneficial. Depending on assigned activities, first-aid certification, pool safety knowledge or relevant activity qualifications may be required. The successful candidate is expected to create a safe, welcoming environment, follow health and safety procedures, maintain equipment and facilities, and provide consistently professional guest service.
