The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the smooth operation of the resort’s restaurants, bars, functions and guest dining services. Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills are expected, along with the ability to train team members, manage shifts, resolve guest concerns and maintain service quality during busy periods. The candidate should be professional, guest-focused, flexible with shifts, and available to work weekends, evenings and public holidays. Hospitality qualifications and an Australian RSA certificate may be required.
