Job Description

The Groups & Events Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of group bookings, meetings, parties and private events at The Hoxton, Dublin. Requirements typically include previous experience in hotel events, group reservations, conference coordination or a similar customer-facing role, along with strong organisational and communication skills. The candidate should be confident handling enquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating with operational departments, updating booking systems and ensuring accurate billing and administration.
