Dive Instructor

Job Description

The Dive Instructor will lead safe, enjoyable diving experiences for resort guests, conduct introductory and certified dives, teach relevant PADI or SSI courses, and maintain diving equipment and records. Candidates should hold a recognized professional instructor qualification, current first-aid and CPR certification, and strong knowledge of dive safety and local marine conditions. Previous experience in a resort or tropical island environment is preferred. Good English communication, a friendly service attitude, physical fitness, and the ability to work at sea in changing weather are expected. The role also requires teamwork, attention to safety, flexibility, and a genuine interest in marine life and guest experiences.
