The Food and Beverage Team Leader supports the smooth operation of Novotel Melbourne South Wharf’s restaurants, bars, events and room service areas. Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating service, welcoming guests, handling orders and payments, maintaining service standards, and assisting with stock control and opening or closing duties. Candidates should have previous hospitality or food and beverage experience, confident communication skills and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction. Leadership experience is preferred, along with the ability to work calmly in a busy environment. Availability for part-time shifts across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected. Responsible Service of Alcohol certification may be required, depending on assigned duties.
