Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Job Description

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations, room cleanliness, public areas, linen control, supplies, scheduling, and team performance. Candidates are generally expected to have experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in an international or upscale property, together with knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene procedures, inventory control, and departmental coordination. Strong leadership, communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are important. Familiarity with hotel property-management systems and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays are usually required. The successful candidate should help maintain Novotel service standards, coach colleagues, respond promptly to guest concerns, and ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
