Job Description

The Waiter is responsible for welcoming guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, clearing tables, and ensuring a polished dining experience consistent with Raffles standards. Candidates should have previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, good knowledge of food and beverage service, strong English communication skills, and a professional, well-groomed appearance. Indonesian language skills and familiarity with hotel point-of-sale systems are helpful. The role requires courtesy, attention to detail, teamwork, physical stamina, flexibility with shifts, and the ability to remain calm and attentive during busy service periods.
