The Food & Beverage Team Leader supports the daily operation of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets and other service areas. Requirements generally include previous hospitality or food and beverage experience, strong customer-service skills, sound knowledge of service standards, and the ability to lead a team during busy periods. The successful candidate is expected to supervise shifts, allocate duties, train and motivate colleagues, maintain high presentation and hygiene standards, handle guest requests professionally, and assist with stock, cash and operational controls. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is important. A responsible service of alcohol certificate and Australian work rights may be required.
