Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising room attendants and housekeeping colleagues, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, coordinating daily assignments, maintaining cleanliness standards, and responding to guest requests. Candidates should have previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, cruise ship, or comparable hospitality environment, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, safety requirements, and hotel operating systems is expected. The role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential. Professional appearance, a guest-focused attitude, and the ability to train and motivate a multicultural team are also important.
