Safety & Security Manager

Job Description

The Safety & Security Manager is expected to protect guests, employees, property and hotel assets while ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations and Accor standards. Requirements typically include experience in hotel security, loss prevention, emergency response or a related field, together with strong knowledge of safety procedures, incident reporting, risk assessment and crisis management. Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred, ideally in an international hotel. The candidate should have good communication and leadership skills, remain calm under pressure, coordinate effectively with police, emergency services and other departments, and be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Relevant security, first-aid, fire-safety or occupational-health certifications would be advantageous.
