Job Description

The Front Office All Rounder supports the smooth operation of reception and guest services at Pullman Sydney Olympic Park. Responsibilities may include welcoming and checking in guests, processing departures and payments, handling reservations and enquiries, responding to guest requests, providing local information, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, professional presentation, attention to detail, and confidence using hotel systems. Previous front-office or hospitality experience is desirable, although candidates with transferable service experience may be considered.
