The Spa Receptionist welcomes guests, manages appointments, explains treatments, processes payments and supports the smooth daily operation of the spa. Candidates should have confident communication and customer-service skills, a professional and friendly manner, good attention to detail, and the ability to manage bookings accurately in a busy luxury-hotel environment. Previous reception, spa, beauty or hospitality experience is preferred. Familiarity with reservation systems, point-of-sale procedures and basic office administration is useful. The successful candidate is expected to maintain high grooming standards, protect guest privacy, promote spa services appropriately, work cooperatively with therapists and hotel departments, and provide consistently warm, personalised service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays is likely required.
