Job Description

The Laundry Valet is responsible for collecting, sorting, washing, pressing, folding, and returning guest and hotel laundry according to quality standards. Requirements typically include previous laundry, housekeeping, or hotel experience, basic English communication, good physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cleaning chemicals and laundry equipment safely. The successful candidate should be reliable, well presented, service minded, organized, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays. They are expected to protect guest belongings, maintain hygiene and safety standards, meet turnaround times, and work cooperatively with the housekeeping and laundry teams.
