Job Description

The Stewarding Supervisor oversees kitchen stewarding operations, ensuring that cookware, utensils, equipment and service areas are cleaned, sanitized and maintained to high standards. Candidates should have previous experience in hotel, resort or large-scale kitchen stewarding, preferably in a supervisory position. The role requires good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety procedures, along with the ability to organize shifts, train team members, monitor supplies and coordinate effectively with chefs and food-and-beverage departments. The successful candidate is expected to be hands-on, reliable, physically fit and comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Strong communication, attention to detail and a commitment to sustainable hospitality are important.
