Job Description

The Room Attendant Daily Worker is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas to Mercure standards. Duties include changing linens, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, handling cleaning equipment safely, and respecting guest privacy. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is helpful, though motivated applicants with a positive attitude may be considered. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with professional grooming, teamwork, and courteous communication. Familiarity with basic English or hotel-service terminology can be an advantage.
