Knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations, fire prevention, crisis management and incident reporting is important. The successful candidate should be physically fit, observant, calm under pressure and confident leading a multicultural team. Strong communication, investigation, training and problem-solving skills are expected, along with flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Experience in a pre-opening hotel environment and relevant security or safety training would be advantageous.
