The Executive Housekeeper leads the resort’s housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest comfort. Requirements typically include several years of supervisory or management experience in an upscale hotel or resort, strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, budgeting, inventory control, health and safety, and quality standards. The successful candidate should be organized, service-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable managing multicultural teams. Expectations include staff scheduling and training, coordination with Front Office and Engineering, effective cost control, prompt resolution of guest concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment across guestrooms and public areas.
