Payroll Officer (Part-Time)

Job Description

The Payroll Officer will support accurate and timely payroll processing for the resort’s employees, including calculating wages, allowances, deductions, leave and superannuation. Requirements generally include payroll experience, strong attention to detail, knowledge of Australian employment legislation and awards, and confidence using payroll or HR systems and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with hospitality payroll is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to handle confidential information professionally, meet strict deadlines, resolve employee pay queries, maintain accurate records and work cooperatively with Human Resources and Finance. As this is a part-time position, flexibility and dependable attendance are important.
