Job Description

The Executive Chef leads all culinary operations across the resort, including restaurants, banquets, room service and special events. Candidates typically need extensive experience in luxury hotels or resorts, strong leadership skills, sound knowledge of international and local cuisine, and a proven record of managing large kitchen teams. Responsibilities include menu planning, food quality and presentation, cost control, purchasing, hygiene compliance, staff training and coordination with other departments. The successful candidate is expected to be creative, commercially aware, organized and hands-on, while maintaining Accor standards and delivering consistently high guest satisfaction. Familiarity with Indonesian regulations, food safety systems and multicultural teams is highly desirable.
