Reservations Department Internship

Job Description

This internship supports the Reservations Department with processing booking requests, updating reservations in the hotel system, answering guest and agent enquiries, preparing reports, and coordinating with Front Office and other departments. Candidates should usually be enrolled in, or recently graduated from, hospitality, tourism, or business studies. Strong communication, organisation, attention to detail, and basic computer skills are expected. Fluency in English is important; Spanish and additional languages are advantageous. The successful candidate should be professional, guest-focused, reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. Previous hospitality or customer-service experience is helpful but may not be essential.
