The Banquet Supervisor / Assistant Manager is expected to coordinate conferences, weddings, meetings, and other functions while maintaining Pullman’s service standards. Requirements typically include previous banquet or hotel food-and-beverage experience, supervisory capability, strong communication skills, guest-service awareness, and good knowledge of event operations.
