The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation, service, hygiene and guest care. Candidates should have previous experience in a hotel, resort or busy bar, sound knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation, and good communication skills in English. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, responsible alcohol service and basic stock control is advantageous. The role requires a professional, friendly and well-groomed manner, the ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to create memorable guest experiences, follow health and safety procedures, support the bar team and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
