Job Description

The Demi Chef – Butcher supports the kitchen team by preparing, trimming, cutting, portioning and storing meat, poultry and other butchered products according to recipes and food-safety standards. Candidates should have relevant culinary or professional kitchen experience, preferably with butchery knowledge in a hotel or resort environment. The role requires knife skills, attention to detail, good hygiene, physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods. The successful candidate is expected to follow HACCP and workplace-safety procedures, control food waste, maintain clean equipment and work cooperatively with chefs and colleagues. Thai hospitality experience and basic English communication may be advantageous.
