Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island nation, although this role is located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, a developing resort destination. Hospitality opportunities are strong across hotels, resorts, restaurants, events, and tourism, especially in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah. The culture combines Emirati traditions with a large international population; respectful dress, behavior, and awareness of Islamic customs are important. Lifestyle options include beaches, desert activities, shopping, dining, water sports, and modern entertainment. Employers normally sponsor work visas, arrange medical testing and Emirates ID processing, and provide a formal labor contract. Candidates should confirm accommodation, transport, insurance, gratuity, working hours, and flight benefits before relocating. The climate is very hot in summer, while winter is generally warm and comfortable. English is widely used in hotels, and Arabic is an advantage.
