Job Description

The Demi Chef supports the kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, plating and maintaining consistent quality across the hotel’s food and beverage outlets. Requirements typically include commercial cookery training or relevant kitchen experience, sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene, and the ability to follow recipes and portion standards. The successful candidate is expected to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, communicate well with chefs and service teams, maintain a clean workstation, control waste and follow workplace health and safety procedures.
