Security Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor supports the Security Manager in protecting guests, colleagues, property and company assets. Requirements typically include relevant hotel, security or law-enforcement experience, supervisory capability, good knowledge of emergency procedures, incident reporting and access control, and strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is advantageous. Candidates should be physically fit, observant, calm under pressure and comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. The role is expected to lead security officers professionally, respond promptly to incidents, coordinate with police or emergency services when required, maintain accurate records, enforce hotel standards and deliver discreet, courteous service to guests. A valid Hong Kong security personnel permit or relevant local licence may be required.
