Security Officer

Job Description

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, hotel property and company assets at Shangri-La in Hong Kong. Duties typically include conducting patrols, monitoring CCTV and access points, responding to incidents, supporting emergency procedures, preparing reports and enforcing hotel security policies. Candidates are generally expected to have relevant security experience, strong observation and communication skills, physical fitness, integrity and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Customer-service awareness, basic computer skills and knowledge of Hong Kong security procedures are advantageous. A valid Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit and relevant language skills may be required.
