Senior Human Resources Executive

Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Executive supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, payroll administration and compliance with Malaysian employment law. Candidates should have a relevant diploma or degree and several years of hotel or hospitality HR experience. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations and HR systems is expected. The role requires excellent communication, confidentiality, organisation and problem-solving skills, together with the ability to work independently and support both employees and management. Experience in a luxury hotel environment, proficiency in English and Malay, and familiarity with Shangri-La standards would be advantageous.
