Floor Supervisor

Job Description

The Floor Supervisor supports the smooth daily operation of the assigned restaurant or service area at Shangri-La Singapore. Typical requirements include relevant hospitality experience, strong guest-service skills, good English communication, and the ability to supervise colleagues during busy shifts. Knowledge of food and beverage service, ordering procedures, hygiene standards, and basic cash or point-of-sale systems is beneficial. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, allocate duties, maintain presentation and service standards, resolve guest concerns professionally, and coordinate effectively with kitchen and other hotel departments. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally required, together with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
