The Senior/Technical Officer is expected to support the hotel’s Engineering and Maintenance team by inspecting, operating and maintaining building systems, equipment and facilities. Typical duties include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning and other hotel services, responding promptly to breakdowns, recording work completed and coordinating with contractors. Candidates should have relevant technical qualifications, practical experience in building services or hotel engineering, sound troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of workplace safety. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, physical readiness, teamwork and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Experience in a luxury hotel or commercial property, together with relevant Singapore technical certifications, would be advantageous.
