Job Description

The Public Area Supervisor oversees the cleanliness, presentation and maintenance of hotel public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms and recreational areas. Responsibilities typically include supervising cleaners, allocating shifts, inspecting standards, coordinating with engineering and responding to guest or departmental requests. Candidates should have relevant experience in hotel housekeeping or public-area cleaning, with supervisory experience preferred. Good communication skills, attention to detail, a professional appearance and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are expected.
