Team Leader (The Line)

Job Description

The Team Leader supports daily operations at The Line, Shangri-La Singapore’s restaurant, by coordinating service, guiding team members and ensuring guests receive efficient, friendly and consistent service. Candidates should have relevant experience in hotel or restaurant operations, good knowledge of food and beverage service, strong communication skills and the ability to lead a multicultural team. The role requires a customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, professional grooming and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to maintain service standards, handle guest requests or complaints calmly, assist with training, coordinate with kitchen and other departments, and follow hygiene, safety and company procedures.
