Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Duties typically include supervising security officers, monitoring CCTV and access points, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, preparing reports, supporting emergency procedures and coordinating with police or other authorities when required. Candidates should have relevant hotel, commercial or security experience, good knowledge of security procedures, strong observation and communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. First-aid, fire-safety or security training is advantageous. The role requires shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays, professional conduct, physical fitness and a guest-focused approach.
