The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the smooth operation of a restaurant, bar, or dining outlet at Shangri-La. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, previous food and beverage supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of service standards, sanitation, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
