Job Description

The Public Area Supervisor oversees the cleanliness, presentation and maintenance of hotel public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms and guest facilities. Responsibilities typically include supervising housekeeping attendants, preparing work schedules, inspecting standards, coordinating with Engineering and Front Office, controlling supplies and responding to guest requests. Candidates should have hotel housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory position, strong attention to detail and good organizational and communication skills. The role requires a professional appearance, a service-oriented attitude, physical stamina and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
