Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the hotel’s sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, presentations and reports, maintaining customer records, coordinating appointments and assisting with corporate, group and leisure business enquiries. Candidates should have strong administrative and communication skills, good attention to detail, professional email and telephone manner, and confidence using Microsoft Office and hotel systems. Previous experience in hotel sales, events, reservations or a related service industry is advantageous. The role expects excellent organisation, timely follow-up, teamwork and a customer-focused approach. Flexibility, discretion, commercial awareness and the ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment are also important.
