Job Description

The General Ledger Supervisor oversees daily ledger activities, month-end closing, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field, with relevant hotel or hospitality accounting experience. Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting systems, attention to detail, analytical ability, and supervisory skills are expected. The successful candidate should be organised, dependable, able to meet reporting deadlines, and comfortable coordinating with other departments, auditors, and management. Professional accounting qualifications or progress toward them may be advantageous.
