Security Officer

Job Description

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, hotel property and confidential information while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Duties typically include patrols, access control, monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, preparing reports, assisting guests during emergencies and supporting fire and life-safety procedures. Candidates should normally have relevant security experience, good communication skills and a professional, alert attitude. Hotel or hospitality security experience is advantageous. Fluency in Cantonese and English is generally expected in Hong Kong, while Mandarin is useful. The role requires integrity, sound judgment, physical fitness, attention to detail and flexibility to work rotating shifts, overnight duties, weekends and public holidays.
