Experience in a hotel, commercial property or large facilities operation is preferred. The role requires safe working practices, attention to detail, physical fitness and the ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests. The successful candidate is expected to work independently and as part of an engineering team, support preventive maintenance, maintain high workmanship standards and provide courteous service to guests and colleagues.
