The Commis I supports the Main Kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, plating and maintaining clean, safe work areas. Candidates should have basic culinary training or relevant kitchen experience, good knowledge of food hygiene, and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. The role requires teamwork, speed, discipline and a willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
