Job Description

The Security Manager is responsible for protecting guests, colleagues, property and hotel assets while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Typical requirements include a diploma or degree in security management, hospitality or a related field, relevant hotel or corporate security experience, and knowledge of Singapore regulations, emergency procedures and incident reporting. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, communication and investigation skills, remain calm under pressure, and be comfortable managing security officers, CCTV operations, access control, risk assessments and emergency responses. Experience in a luxury hotel, uniformed services or certified security training is advantageous. The role also requires flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
