Job Description

The Front Office Associate welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and billing queries, provides local information, and responds promptly to guest requests. Candidates should have hospitality or customer-service experience, good spoken and written English, professional presentation, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with hotel property-management systems is helpful. The role requires accuracy, a warm service attitude, teamwork, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected. Knowledge of additional languages and previous experience in a luxury hotel would be advantageous.
