The Commis I will support the Indian cuisine kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, plating and maintaining consistently high standards. Candidates should have basic culinary training or relevant kitchen experience, preferably in Indian cuisine or a quality hotel or restaurant. Good knowledge of hygiene, food safety and kitchen procedures is expected. The role requires stamina, discipline, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
